Call us Crazy...we've doubled our pack.

Yes, friends, we've done it again. We've added to the family. We'd like to introduce you to our new "kids", but unfortunately we still don't have names for the newest members of the family. They are both girls and both desperately in need of names. Since they are of the rottweiler family first and foremost, my husband would like to point out that they will NOT have sissy names. So, calling out to all of you who have some measure of creativity...we'd love suggestions.
The vital stats...both originated in Farmington, Iowa. They are half sisters (both have the same father), purebred rottweilers. One was born on April 13th and one was born on May 25th.
Let us know if you have any great name ideas. :)

Awww, they're so cute! Congrats on your new additions. :)

As for names, I like Sasha (I was looking through my baby name book for ideas :)). According to the book, it's a derivative of Alexandra, meaning "helper and defender of mankind." I liked the meaning, too. :) Some other ideas I had were Sophie, Windsor, or Ebony. I have no idea if any of those would be too girly for Mike's liking, though! So I won't be the least offended if you don't like them--just throwing them out for what it's worth! Happy naming!

Crazy doesn't even begin to describe it! ;-) Are you thinking of breeding them? Trixie and Roxanne are some pretty hi-larious dog names. hee hee...they remind me of biker chick names.

There's those good 'ole gender neutral names like Sam, Taylor, Jo, Morgan... You could also do something fun like Addy and Zoe, or M & M - Micki and Missi.

Oh well, not too creative at 2:30 in the morning, but I am glad to see you adding to your family!

Congrats!

Thanks for the comments everyone. Carrie - believe it or not, we did go with Sasha for the bigger one. We went with Casey for the little one. The big one looks like our Sheba, so we'll have Sheba and Sasha that look alike. The little one looks like our Cody, so we'll have Cody and Casey that will look alike. No, they aren't for breeding. The two we have are already fixed and the next two will be as soon as they "come of age". Thanks for the comments everyone!

Cool!! I'm so honored. :) Casey is a great name too--and that's neat that the "matching name" dogs look like each other!
